Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes. Appointments are required so that special attention is given to your order.
How far in advance do I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure availiability. Last minute orders are based on availibility and may incur additional charges.
Do you provide delivery, set up or tear down?
Delivery is offered starting at $35.00 depending on zip code. Delivery is to door at street level. Set up is available for additional charges.
Is there a minimum order size?
No. No job is too big or small.
Do I iron or wash the linen?
No, you will receive linen clean, pressed and on a hanger. When you return the linen, place hangers and linen inside the furnished laundry bag clear of food and debris from all table cloths, overlys and napkins. If wet please do not place inside plastic bags, will cause mildew .
Can reservations be made over the phone?
Yes. please feel free to call.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Orders that are cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to an event there is a 50% charge.If cancelled up to 7 days prior to an event will incur a 100% restocking fee.
